Conducting Successful Mixed Methods Research

Progression of knowledge in OM depends on theory building and theory testing using data from practice. Sometimes single empirical research design may not be able to adequately address complex OM problems. While combining multiple methods may seem to be a viable solution, there are inherent challenges in doing mixed method research.   The purpose of this workshop is to understand when and how to conduct mixed method research.  We will use some examples of published works as well as interactive conversation with the audience to develop a systematic understanding on this topic.
