|In this session, the panel will interact with participants to address implicit bias in the classroom. The workshop will examine ensuring equitable treatment, implementing
policies and practices, and supporting retention and success of students. Reflecting on unconscious bias within the classroom, and modifying our actions based on those reflections, models to students the importance of recognizing and celebrating diverse lived experiences, positioning them for success in and out of the classroom.
