Creating Sessions

STEP ONE: Gather List of Track Submissions and Submission Numbers

  1. fill out the following Spreadsheet with the Session Descriptinos, Paper titles, Paper Submission numbers
  2. Email to the updated spreadsheet to the 2020 Conference Schedule Organizers.

(NOTE:  The 2020 conference management system is undergoing significant changes so this process is subject to change.  The Example spreadsheet linked above will be helpful for you to organize your sessions)
