Bio:

Ms. Rayar is an experienced Senior Director of Information Technology at Target Corp. Prior to her senior leadership role at Target, she was Director of Information Technology at UnitedHealth Group for 11 years along with roles in other industries. She has a strong background in IT strategy, business processes, analytics, and software engineering. She is an experienced leader of large teams within the organizations she has served. She will share insights from practice related to changes in technology, society, and workforce landscapes in her talk, “Workforce Development for 21st Century Decision Sciences Roles.”
