How to Submit an Abstract, Panel or Workshop

Abstract, Panel or Workshop Submission

Abstract and Panel Proposal submissions can be submitted to any Track.  Abstracts are generally accepted by default unless deemed inappropriate for or incompatible with the track to which it was submitted, or to the theme of the Annual Conference of the Decision Sciences Institute. Abstracts are not published in the conference proceedings.  Abstracts that are incomprehensible or filled with egregious errors will not be accepted.

Panel Proposals generally bring together expertise to discuss research trends, issues, and concerns. Panels proposals can also bring together expertise to discuss new research or pedagogical methods.  Names of panelists should be included in any Panel Proposal.

Workshop Proposals submissions should be submitted to the Workshops track. They are sessions intended to help attendees learn new methods to improve the conduct of research; the conduct of curriculum design, delivery, and evaluation; or the conduct of professional services (e.g., reviewing).

Please prepare your Abstract, Panel Proposal or Workshop Proposal submission document following the guidelines in the Abstract, Panel or Workshop Proposal TEMPLATE.
