Biography
Ashley AuBuchon-Arcand is an Executive Partner of AI Transformation at IBM Consulting, where she helps enterprises translate agentic AI strategy into measurable business outcomes. Over her 17-year career at IBM spanning 11 roles, she has led large-scale AI transformation initiatives and advised clients across industries on realizing tangible ROI from emerging technology.
A sought-after keynote speaker, Ashley has presented at some of the world’s biggest technology events, including CES, the OPEX CTO Exchange, and the AI in Action Summit at USC, and has trained more than 125,000 professionals worldwide on self-advocacy and professional development.
Ashley also serves on the Board of GiGi’s Playhouse Raleigh, a Down syndrome achievement center providing free programs and education to individuals with Down syndrome of all ages.
She lives in the Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina with her husband and family.
